All of our merchandise is tested before being offered for sale. While we do not allow general returns (buyer's remorse) we do guarantee all merchandise to be as advertised and will replace, repair, or refund at our discretion if an item is found to be faulty.

If merchandise is found to be defective the buyer will not be responsible for any shipping charges. Original and return shipping will be refunded along with the full purchase price. Any refund due will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
