Vintage Elka Rhapsody 490 String Synthesizer with Case. Used and in working condition. The fuse holder has been removed but the units work so I'm not sure what someone did. I can here something moving around inside when you pick the unit up and turn it so maybe it is part of the plastic fuse housing.
